Telecom Ad India committed to process all refunds within 24 hours.
Please note that banks take 3-5 days to process the refunds.
Who can get a refund?
Telecom Ad India gives refund if transaction is showing successful, and payment is debited but benefit not received by the end client.
How to request a refund?
If u have any problem regarding any transaction, click on the complain button provided after every transaction such that our team can clarify the transaction from their end and provide u with proper feedback with 24-48 working hours.
